Data Controller

The Data Controller is Angolo Divino di Prato Donatella, headquartered at Via alla Bollente 44, 15011 Acqui Terme (AL), Italy, VAT 02033940061, Tax Code PRTDTL59C69A889I. For any request you can reach us at donatella@angolodivinoacqui.it or +39 0144 321005.

Types of data collected

We only collect data strictly necessary to operate the website and handle reservation requests: first name, last name, email address, phone number and the message you choose to send us through the contact form. We also collect — in aggregated and anonymous form — navigation data (pages visited, device, language) via analytics tools, but only after you give consent through the cookie banner.

Purposes of processing

Data is processed only to: (a) respond to your reservation or information requests; (b) fulfil legal obligations; (c) improve the browsing experience via aggregated statistical analysis (only with prior consent).

Legal basis

Processing of contact data is based on the explicit consent you give by filling in the form (art. 6.1.a GDPR) and on the execution of pre-contractual measures at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR). Processing of statistical and marketing data only happens with your explicit consent given through the cookie banner.

Data retention

Messages sent via the contact form are stored only for the time strictly necessary to fulfil the request and, in any case, no longer than 24 months, unless otherwise required by law. Aggregated statistical data is kept for a maximum of 26 months in line with the Italian DPA guidelines.

Data recipients

Your data is neither disseminated nor sold to third parties. It may be processed by technical service providers (hosting, email, analytics) acting as Data Processors and bound by confidentiality.

Data transfer

Some of our providers (e.g. Google, Meta) may transfer data outside the European Union. In those cases the transfer is made only to Countries ensuring an adequate level of protection or based on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

Your rights

You can exercise the rights granted by GDPR articles 15-22 at any time: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and complaint to the Italian DPA (www.garanteprivacy.it). To exercise your rights write to donatella@angolodivinoacqui.it.

Security

We adopt appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss or alteration. The website uses an encrypted HTTPS connection.
